In this illuminating webinar, we will delve into the human rights due diligence and reporting regulations that companies are mandated to provide. Our panel of experts will guide attendees through the intricacies of the new EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), Forced Labour Products Regulation (FLPR) and other human rights compliance and due diligence regulations.

Key takeaways:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the human rights regulations across geographies (general look at EU, UK, Canada, and US and others where there are differences) that impact companies and the requirements for due diligence and disclosure under current and incoming laws, including their similarities and differences.
  • Learn about the implications of non-compliance and the strategic importance of due diligence in human rights for corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.
  • Discover best practices for implementing due diligence processes that align with regulations while also advancing human rights within corporate operations and supply chains.

Join our expert panel as they provide insights and practical guidance on navigating this critical area, ensuring compliance, and promoting responsible business practices that respect and protect human rights in supply chains and local communities.
