Michael has over 11 years’ experience in software solutions with over 7 years’ experience in legal, risk, fraud, and investigative solutions.At Thomson Reuters, Michael is focused on providing product knowledge and expertise for risk and due diligence solutions.  Michael regularly works with BSA/AML professionals, fraud investigators, risk management firms, and corporate security departments.  Michael also spent a year working directly with the Thomson Reuters Government division supporting law enforcement and government agencies. In addition, Michael works directly with Thomson Reuters product developers on new product enhancements, product testing, and API integrated partnerships.

Matt Fegarsky spent 15 years in the sales arena before discovering his passion for risk and fraud solutions. Matt has spent the past 4 years at Thomson Reuters where he works with clients in non-financial industries to help them customize programs that help them mitigate risk through a variety of workflows. Matt is passionate about educating his clients on new trends, products, and solutions that help them stay ahead of bad actors.

Kyle Hoertsch
Kyle has been with Motorola Solutions (Vigilant) since 2018 and is the current Enterprise Solutions Product Development Manager for North America. Prior to Motorola Kyle worked for Sacramento County Sheriff's Department for 23 years where he held numerous field assignments. Upon his retirement in 2018 he was a Detective Sergeant in the technical operations division where he was technology liaison for field services. Kyle created the dSheriffs  departments License Plate Recognition (LPR) and Facial Recognition Programs in 2012 and managed them for over 6 years up to his retirement.
Over the past 3 years Kyle has worked closely with corporate retailers by utilizing Motorola LPR technology to identify, monitor and combat retail crime.
