Hosted by Thomson Reuters

This year’s Legal Department Operations Index report, from the Thomson Reuters Institute and based on a survey of Legal Operations professionals, found most departments reporting still-increasing pressures, with rising matter volumes, flat or decreasing budgets, and the highest level of concern for cost control in the history of the report.  At the same time, both legal ops as a function and their role to drive technological transformation were higher priorities for their organizations than ever before.

A panel of industry leaders, moderated by Kelsey Nicol, Director of Strategy for Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Legal business, will examine those findings and discuss how forward-thinking departments are handling spend and matter concerns today and preparing for tomorrow.

Join us to learn:
  • How departments balance rising matter volume with tight budgets
  • What tech transformations succeed, and which ones fail
  • Where matters are moving to reduce costs
  • What secondary priorities are being sidelined as budgets tighten
  • And more

The webinar will be broadcasted on Nov 21st. Sign up now and view live or on-demand any time afterward.
