He is certified in both Healthcare Compliance and Privacy, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Studies. Brendan is also pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration degree. After representing various healthcare providers with an AM Law 200 firm, Brendan transitioned to an in-house counsel position. He strives to use technology to streamline and automate workflows so his team can do more with less.

She is the founder of LPM Executive, a boutique legal operations consulting firm supporting law departments around the globe manage outside counsel relationships and spending, and optimizing people, process and technology to drive value. She specializes in legal operations, process improvement and change management, with expertise in corporate law department financial and matter management, workflow automation, and contract lifecycle management. She is an ebilling product expert, and a former Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker implementation manager, with experience leading large scale global implementations and change management initiatives, as well as a licensed attorney.
