Andrew is the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Thomson Reuters Risk and Fraud portfolio of solutions. His team is responsible for representing the voice of the customer and market at large, bringing valuable insights back into the organization. Andrew joined Thomson Reuters in 2011 with his first several years spent in the corporate strategy department.

He received a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Susan Woods 
Senior Ethics and Compliance Investigator - Workplace Investigations  

Susan received her B.S. Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Martin; M.A. Crimina Justice from American Military University, and J.D. from the University of Memphis. Susan began her career as an attorney in child advocacy in Tennessee, then served in the public sector as a Special Agent for the FBI, and Special Agent for the Office of Inspector General – CIA. In the private sector, Susan has conducted fraud and ethics training, as well as workplace investigations into fraud and ethics at various financial institutions and workplaces. Susan also teaches as an adjunct Assistant Professor at Madonna University, teaching undergraduate and graduate level classes on financial crime and criminal justice. 

Susan is a dedicated activist for ending violence against women and took a one-year sabbatical to act as the Supervisor of Training at HAVEN, a domestic and sexual violence resource center.  In this role, Susan provided live training on preventing, detecting and responding to domestic violence to corporations, community groups, and educational facilities. Susan has continued this work by implementing a Workplace Domestic Violence Program at various workplaces.

Amy Fardella 
Senior Vice President - BSA Operations at First National Bank Texas  

Amy Fardella, CAMS, works for First National Bank Texas as SVP/Assistant BSA Officer. Amy oversees teams responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BSA Department. Additionally, she is responsible for OFAC and high-risk customer management along with maintaining the Bank’s BSA/AML/OFAC Risk Assessment. Amy has been with FNBT for 27 years and worked in branch operations and reconcilements prior to her role in BSA. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is working on her Executive MBA in Banking and Finance at Sam Houston State University. Amy is a member of FNBT’s SAR Committee and is a certified member of ACAMS. In her free time, Amy enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, spending time with her husband, Russell, and handling their three high maintenance dogs.
