Kathleen Alberico has almost two decades of experience working in some of the world's most well-known legal and financial institutions. For 11 years, Kathleen worked in big law in New York City, supporting client engagement, events and business development initiatives for some of the nation's most well-known legal leaders, including those from former administrations. Kathleen has had the privilege of leading client engagement across a significant amount of varying legal practice areas, both nationally and internationally. While at JPMorgan Chase, Kathleen provided strategic guidance on VIP regional events and enhancements of internal business operations. Kathleen is currently the Director of Strategic Business Development for the Corporates line of business at Thomson Reuters. Her work primarily focuses on programming and national events for General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers of Fortune 500 companies. Kathleen holds academic degrees and certifications from James Madison University, New York University and the University of London.

Bill Josten is the Legal Marketplace Innovations Strategist for the Thomson Reuters Institute. Bill consults with law firms and corporate law departments globally on issues related to strategy, pricing and cost recovery, and how the implementation of AI might impact the legal profession in the future. In previous roles with Thomson Reuters, Bill worked as a senior legal industry analyst, in account management with several large law firms, and as a Reference Attorney. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, he was an attorney in private practice, an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and a clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

She is highly skilled in time management, conflict resolution, change management, and budget forecasting, consistently delivering strategic solutions that elevate legal teams and organizations. Her diverse background spans plaintiff and defense practices, law firms of all sizes, and corporate law departments, equipping her with a versatile and forward-thinking approach to legal operations. A certified eDiscovery specialist, Lyndsey earned her bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Shelly O’Callaghan is the executive vice president and general counsel at International Dairy Queen (IDQ) where she leads the legal department and oversees legal, risk, compliance, and corporate governance matters for the company’s global business. She joined IDQ in 2010 as vice president and assistant general counsel and was promoted to her current role in 2012.  Previously, Shelly led the global legal team for the multibrand hotel division at Carlson Companies and worked as a franchise litigator at Gray Plant Mooty in Minneapolis. Shelly holds a juris doctorate from the University of Minnesota and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice studies from the University of North Dakota.
