She has worked at Thomson Reuters for 17 years in various leadership roles in customer training, sales and client management. During this time, Jennifer has also developed thought leadership content and tools for both law firm and legal department leadership, specializing in profitability. Currently, Jennifer is directing a new initiative at Thomson Reuters to develop a thought leadership avenue for corporate legal department executives.
