Hillary McNally is currently the General Manager of the Corporates Legal Business at Thomson Reuters, focused on providing best-in-class content-driven technology to in-house legal departments. A trained lawyer, Hillary has been part of Thomson Reuters for more than 20 years and has cultivated a wealth of knowledge within the industry working with law firms and corporations throughout her career. She is a high-performing leader and has served in a variety of sales and account management roles for legal customers leveraging her knowledge within the field, including integration of legal technology for effective workflow management between in-house corporate departments and outside council. 

She received both her Bachelor’s and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in Chicago.

William Josten, Senior Manager – Enterprise Content, Thomson Reuters Institute

Bill Josten is Manager of Strategic Enterprise in Thought Leadership for the Thomson Reuters Institute. Bill consults with law firms nationally on issues related to law firm profitability, pricing and cost recovery. In previous roles with Thomson Reuters, Bill worked as a senior legal analyst, in account management with several large law firms, and as a Reference Attorney. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, he was an attorney in private practice, an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and a clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Brandon B. Smith, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, CHS Inc.

Brandon Smith is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CHS Inc. (NASDAQ: CHSCP), a Fortune 100 global agribusiness and energy company. CHS is passionate about sustainability. Clare Wardle, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

General Counsel and Company Secretary and member of the Executive Leadership Team of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, leading risk, compliance, security and legal teams across 29 countries.  Previously General Counsel and Company Secretary of Kingfisher plc, Commercial Director of Tube Lines plc, Head of Legal at Post Office.  Currently NED at The City of London Investment Trust plc and Modern Pentathlon Great Britain, previous board memberships include Basketball England (chair), encryption and digital signatures, sheltered housing and retail.
Erik E. Pérez, Central Legal Operations Officer, Shell

Erik W. Pérez is a 2002 graduate of The University of Alabama’s School of Arts & Sciences where he received his Ph.D. in Chemistry and holds an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.  Erik started his career as a Chemist working in fluorine chemistry supporting a global refrigerants and electronic gases business.  Erik then transitioned towards a legal professional, initially in Intellectual Property as a Registered U.S. Patent Agent and eventually shifting to a leadership position in Legal and IP Operations where responsibilities include law firm relationship management, pricing, information technology, finance, strategy, metrics and data, paralegal, intellectual property operations, and administration support across the global legal team.  Erik also had the fortune to spend two years living in The Hague, Netherlands on an international assignment in his current role as Central Legal Operations Officer.  Erik and family now reside outside of Houston, Tx.
